It was in a decent location with Adventure Landing nearby. Found in the pretty nice area near to restaurants as well as St Augustine, the hotel offered decent prices.

Loved the place, had a fine stay for next year vacation. The room with 2 beds. Everything was fine. Also, location was magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from Premium Outlets.

It was cheap, pet friendly, and a decent location.
The hotel is beginning to fall apart. Cracks in the drywall, a few bugs, a little dingy. This hotel was an okay price at $66, but I wouldn't consider paying any more for it. I would only recommend this hotel if you're looking for a cheap place to bunk for the night.

Excellent location, we were right across from the Premium Outlets and 2 minutes away from the Prime Outlets. Also it was only a few miles away from Downtown St. Augustine. In the room the bed was so comfortable. Another good thing is that they serve breakfast. nice hotel to go with the family.

clean accommodations, comfortable beds, good restaurant options
Insufficient bath towels !!! A transparent communication about towel shortages should be standard!!! Unpleasant experience with the front desk staff when checking out occurred!!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. For the price, it was very nice and the drive to the beaches wasn't that bad. It was a decent location to drive to the historic district and the rooms were well-kept.
The room definitely needed to be updated. The shower drain was broken and there was a plastered part of the wall so it made the hotel look cheaper. Everything else was fabulous though, especially for the price.

good location but poor service
The location was convenient and close to popular attractions The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The service from the staff was lacking in professionalism.

The front desk staff were very friendly.
The bathroom tile was cracking in several places. The wear and tear are just too noticeable and it no longer carries the branding set by the Ramada name for superior quality. We requested close proximity to old town and it was over 10 miles away.

Foam pillows were so old they felt like sawdust in a pillowcase. A/C broken, either full cold or off with no thermostat control. Showerhead was a massaging head and non-adjustable, pressure too forceful and sprayed out the side of the shower since non adjustable. Hair dryer would not work, as it blew the GFI circuit everytime it was turned on. Sign outside advertised rooms for $49, but when asked about the rate was told that was not the current rate, had to pay $30 over that. Breakfast promised from 6-10 actually ended at 9:30.

This Howard Johnson's, it seemed like home. The breakfast buffet? Always fresh and restocked, it was like a well-oiled machine, just how I like it. Oh, they went out of their way for us, like we were their only guests.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for, and I'd say it was acceptable.
